Tanako Hagiwara | 82
Tanako Hagiwara is a San Francisco native and a fourth generation Japanese-American. In her childhood, during WWII she was relocated with her family to an internment camp and after years living in other cities she came back to SF. Like many of the other participants, the equity issues in San Francisco bother her. She is a very active, engaged person and advises us to live in the present when you can because you don’t know when such a moment, such an opportunity may not come back again.
