Anna H. Chodos
80 Over 80 Director
Anna Chodos, MD MPH, lives in SF and is a geriatrician and medical director of outpatient geriatrics services at the San Francisco Health Network and an Associate Professor at UCSF in Geriatrics and General Internal Medicine. She cherishes the opportunity to work with older adults and hear about their lives. It gives her the energy, inspiration and hope she needs to work for a better present and imagine a better future.
NOELLE GRACE
80 OVER 80 Program MANAGER
Noelle Grace was born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii and graduated from the University of Toronto in 2015, where she received an honors bachelor's degree with a double major in Political Science and History. Her career has included time in growth strategy in two San Francisco startups, before she followed her passion into the healthcare field. She was motivated to join the 80 Over 80 team while helping to care for her 83 year old father, who is house-bound with advanced Parkinson's disease, and inspires her daily with his wit, perseverance, and unwavering love.
Traci Ramos

Traci Ramos graduated from San Francisco State University with a B. A. in Communications. She is a San Francisco-based bartender, podcaster, and web designer. Traci specializes in non-profits and women-owned companies. She has traveled to six of the seven continents and thrives for new adventures. Ozzy Llinas Goodman

Ozzy Llinas Goodman is an audio producer who works at the intersection of identity, public space, and public life. They were a 2020 fellow at NPR member station KALW, and currently produce the podcasts Flash Forward and Gender Reveal.
Victoria Frager

Victoria Frager is a former business operations professional turned pre-medical candidate. She attended Harvard University, where she studied Applied Math. Inspired by her mother's stories of working in skilled nursing, Victoria is interested in geriatrics and healthcare administration. She is excited to help amplify the stories of older adults and end ageism working with the 80 over 80 project. Victoria grew up playing water polo and likes hiking with her miniature Australian Shepherd, Lady.

An avid cyclist, he enjoys exploring the Bay Area on two wheels. Charlie loves to be a neighbor and to build bridges through storytelling.

Lorina is the cofounder of Aji’s that empowers elders to live happy and healthy lives and the host of Aji’s Podcast that documents the extraordinary and inspiring stories of elders. She has over a decade of experience working as a development professional for organizations such as Oxfam, IFAD, CARE and others in Nepal, Uganda, Uzbekistan and Italy. She is also a yoga teacher and a Kathak dancer.

Pici Dennon is a multi-media, psychedelic artist, poet, and comic writer. They obtained a specialized degree in Art and Ritual from the University of Redlands' Johnston Center for Integrative Studies, with an additional background interest in archival work and publication. Pici is honored to be apart of a project which preserves the voices and stories of an older generation. Frankie Aguilar

Frankie Aguilar is a queer illustrator from Southern California. They recently graduated from the University of California Riverside, they hope to pursue a career in media communications and continue to work in social justice organizations. Their current work is informed by the local LGBTQ+ and Immigrant communities in the Inland Empire.

Jocelyn Ko

Jocelyn Ko, MD is a geriatrician and primary care provider at On Lok. She is a graduate of the Primary Care General Internal Medicine Residency Program at the University of California San Francisco, and the Geriatrics fellowship at UCSF. She plans to dedicate her career to being a physician that works in and improves health systems providing care that honors older adults as individuals and allows them to live a life consistent with their goals and values.
Lulu Tsao

Lulu Tsao, MD, is an allergist and immunologist and a graduate of the Internal Medicine residency program at the University of California San Francisco. In college she enjoyed reporting for the China Daily newspaper and, later in medical school, writing about how people think about advanced care planning. She is excited to help share the stories and wisdom learned from all our older residents.
Kendra Moore

Kendra Moore, MD, MBE is an Assistant Professor and primary care provider at UCSF and graduate of the Primary Care General Internal Medicine Residency Program at UCSF. Her career interests include providing whole-person primary care, advocating for physician well-being, and thinking about medical ethics. She admires the authenticity and perspective of the older adults in her life including patients, family, and friends. She was inspired to join 80 over 80 by her grandfather, Pete, who has always been her favorite storyteller.

Executive Director, Community Living Campaign
Marie founded Community Living Campaign in 2007 and is a leader in community convening and advocacy; she is an active member of San Francisco’s Long Term Care Coordinating Council, SF Tech Council, and Dignity Fund Coalition. Marie has many years of experience in long-term care public policy, planning and advocacy. Marie was Executive Director of Planning for Elders in the Central City (PECC) for 14 years. She received a BS in Applied Behavioral Sciences from the University of California, Davis.
Louise Aronson

Louise Aronson, MD MFA, is a leading geriatrician, writer, educator, professor of medicine at UCSF and the author of the New York Times bestseller and Pulitzer Prize finalist Elderhood: Redefining Aging, Transforming Medicine, and Reimagining Life. A graduate of Harvard Medical School, Dr. Aronson has received the Gold Professorship in Humanism in Medicine, the California Homecare Physician of the Year award, and the American Geriatrics Society Clinician-Teacher of the Year award. Her writing credits include the New York Times, Atlantic, Washington Post, Discover, Vox, JAMA, Lancet, and the New England Journal of Medicine, and she has been featured on TODAY, CBS This Morning, NPR’s Fresh Air, Morning Edition, Politico, Kaiser Health News, Tech Nation and the New Yorker.
Anne Fabiny
Professor of Medicine, UCSF
Anne Fabiny, MD is a geriatrician who currently serves as the Associate Chief of Staff for Geriatrics, Palliative and Extended Care at the San Francisco VA Health Care System. She is also a Professor at the UCSF. She has helped to establish a new model of primary care for newly-housed, older, chronically homeless veterans. Dr Fabiny is also working to improve the SFVAHCS's care of complex, older veterans as they move from one site of care to another.
Jesse Johnson
Poet
Jesse James Johnson is a Chicano-Tejano poet born in Austin, Texas to a good hearted rancher of Swedish extraction and a strong willed Mexican American working-class woman and mother of twelve He has lived in San Francisco for the last 27 years (twenty of those in the Tenderloin ). He has deep cultural, political and spiritual roots in the Chicano, Queer, and other liberation movements. He is the proud inheritor of a literary tradition that believed poetry to be a tool for liberation.
