Ralph Beren | 86

Ralph Beren was interviewed by his friend, Key Shade. Ralph was an educator who ran programs that taught other educators, for his career in Philadelphia and in San Francisco after her moved here in 1994. He also started his practice in “Jewish Humor”, and taught that, too. He is a proud father and grandfather and a member of the Villages, which builds community and mutual support for older people who are members. Ralph came out as a gay man in adulthood after marrying and having children, and talks about coming out to his children and finding his way forward as he explored this part of his life.
