Harriet Sebastian grew up in Cincinnati, Ohio, but has lived all over the country and in South America. She has been in San Francisco now for decades. She is a painter and she trained for a time in France, which is where she had a brief run in with Picasso. She has also been a bar owner, wanderer, and performance artist at other points in her life. She has always been an activist. Currently she’s very passionate about protesting against the ongoing wars and our impact on climate change. She wants the word to get out.
