In loving memory of Zora L. Kolkey. In 2022, Zora passed away. We are honored that she found our project and nominated herself to be a part of it and one of our first interviewees.

Zora was a practicing licensed marriage and family therapist up until her death. She was anti-authoritarian and committed to challenging the shoulds in life. She studied in California and in Israel. She briefly dated Lenny Bruce. She loved her dog, Dafka, tremendously, and he was also her co-therapist until his death in 2021. May we all be as brave in life as Zora.
